The Constitution of a country is the Supreme law of the land.
The Paper 2 or the Second Part of Constitutional Law in the 5 year LB Course discusses the various forms of governments alongwith the pros and cons of different types of governments.
Further it introduces the students to the various offices that run the country and how power is distributed between them. Later it moves on to explain how a law is passed and how existing statutes can be amended including the Constitution itself.
The importance of decentralization of powers is also discussed in this paper ultimately giving the student an overall understanding of the Governmental Structure of India.
